You may place your order via E-Mail, fax, phone or mail. The contact information for all ordering methods is provided at the bottom of this page.

When placing your order please provide the following information:

Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address

The item number or description of what you would like to order or inquire on. Please include the desired quantities.

Payment method. Do not include credit card numbers unless you are ready to proceed with an order.

Any questions, concerns or special delivery instructions.

 Shipping: All orders will be shipped via UPS unless an alternative is requested. UPS shipping will be charged at cost. If any extra handling charges become neccessary we will inform you prior to the charge.      

Warranty and Return: We will honor all manufactures warranties on products purchased through Klaus Marine as new. Warranty policies for all products sold by Klaus Marine are available upon request. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective. Shipping on returned items must be prepaid and in all cases shipping costs are non refundable. All electrical components are final sale. Returns on electrical components will not be accepted. Any tampering or modification will void all warranties and returns. Any products returned without original packaging and receipt will be rejected. Please obtain a RA number prior to all returns.
